Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with LearnersLearning (operated by INSPIRED LEARNING ACADEMY LLC) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Because we sell digital courses and online learning content delivered electronically, our refund rules are different from those for physical products.

By placing an order, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy.

1) Digital Products — No Physical Returns

All items sold on our website are digital products.
There are no physical shipments and therefore no physical returns.

2) When Refunds May Be Considered

We may consider a refund, credit, or another reasonable resolution in cases such as the following:

A) Verified Access Issues

If you cannot access the course you purchased due to a verified issue, we will first attempt to:

  • troubleshoot the issue with you
  • restore your access or provide a reasonable solution in line with our policy
  • issue a refund only if no reasonable solution can be provided, where applicable

B) Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchase the same course more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. If the duplicate order has not been accessed, we may cancel it or issue a refund for the extra purchase.

C) Non-Delivery or No Access Granted

If you do not receive access to your course, contact us and we will verify the delivery status, resend your account details if needed, or provide access as appropriate.

3) When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds may not be available in situations including, but not limited to, the following:

  • course access has already been granted and the content has been accessed or completed
  • you purchased the wrong course even though the course details and requirements were clearly listed
  • you changed your mind after access was provided
  • you refuse to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps
  • the issue is caused by your device, browser, internet connection, or third-party restrictions outside our control

Some exceptions may apply where required by local law.

4) What We Need From You

To help resolve issues as quickly as possible, please provide:

  • your order number
  • the email address used at checkout
  • a screenshot of the issue or error message, if applicable
  • your device and browser details, for example: iPhone Safari or Windows Chrome

5) Timeframe to Report Issues

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if you experience an issue. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

6) Chargebacks

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us first. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in account restrictions and delays in support. We will always try to resolve problems fairly and reasonably.

7) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report an issue, email us at support@learnerslearning.site with the following:

Subject: Refund Request – Order #[your order number]

Please include:

  • a description of the issue
  • your order number
  • the email used at checkout
  • any relevant screenshots or error messages
  • your device and browser information

We typically respond within 24–48 hours.
